The brilliant creative minds behind the Oscar-nominated movie, The Social Network will join forces to produce a film version of the steamy best-selling trilogy Fifty Shades of Grey. The EL James erotic novel is part of a trilogy of books from the female author. They include, 50 Shades Of Grey, Fifty Shades Darker and fifty Shades Freed.
Universal Pictures and Focus Features commented in a joint statement on Monday that producers Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti will re-team to adapt EL James’s erotic novels. They are currently best sellers worldwide and the film makers wish to have the 50 Shades of Grey movie ready quickly to ride on the back of the publicity.

Mr. De Luca has worked on movies as ordinary as Pleasantville to as risque as Boogie Nights.
